BY USING YOUR THE MUSIC BOXER PRODUCT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE WARRANTY BELOW.  IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD STATED IN THE MUSIC BOXER’S RETURN POLICY.

The Music Boxer warrants to original purchasers that your new The Music Boxer products contained in the original packaging shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in a home environment for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

What is covered by this warranty?

The Music Boxer’s warranty will ONLY be accepted if the product was purchased at www.themusicboxer.com, contained in the original packaging (“The Music Boxer product”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with The Music Boxer’s or the manufacturer’s published guidelines for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser (“warranty period”). The Music Boxer’s or the manufacturer’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications.

What is not covered by this warranty?

  • This warranty does not apply to any products purchased from Amazon, other platforms, and distributors, even if packaged or sold with The Music Boxer hardware. Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers, other than www.themusicboxer.com, may provide their warranties to you – please contact them for further information.
  • To batteries or product coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • To cosmetic damage, such as scratches and dents, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • To damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake, or other external cause
  • To damage caused by operating the Product outside The Music Boxer published guidelines, including (i) outside the permitted or intended uses described by The Music Boxer, (ii) not in accordance with instructions provided by The Music Boxer, or (iii) with improper voltage or power supply.
  • To damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of The Music Boxer.
  • To a Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of The Music Boxer.
  • To defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product.
  • And stolen or counterfeit products.

No The Music Boxer reseller, distributor, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to the product warranty. If any term contained herein is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

What’s the procedure to get warranty service?

1. You can contact The Music Boxer team via email [email protected] or Whatsapp +12079776827 for warranty service.

2. Before receiving warranty service, The Music Boxer’s customer service team requires that you provide proof of purchase details and an actual photo of the product, respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow The Music Boxer’s procedures for obtaining warranty service.

3. During warranty service, The Music Boxer might require you to send your The Music Boxer product for testing.

4. You are responsible for the cost of shipping, while The Music Boxer will care for the repair services.

Following warranty service, your The Music Boxer product or a replacement device will be sent to you.

Important: do not disassemble the The Music Boxer product. Taking The Music Boxer product apart may cause damage that is not covered by this warranty.

What will The Music Boxer do in the event the warranty is breached?

If during the warranty period, you submit a claim to The Music Boxer in accordance with this warranty, The Music Boxer will, at its option:

  • repair the The Music Boxer product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability,
  • replace the The Music Boxer product with the same model (or with your consent a product that has similar functionality) formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability,
  • or exchange The Music Boxer product for a refund of your purchase price.

When a The Music Boxer product or part is replaced or a refund is provided, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced or refunded item becomes The Music Boxer’s property.

The Music Boxer will provide warranty service through email or over-the-phone service. The Music Boxer’s technical team will guide you through testing and fixing your The Music Boxer product.

When applicable shipping costs are required, The Music Boxer will issue an invoice and send you a copy. Using PayPal, you will be able to submit payment, which will be processed within 10 days.

The Music Boxer reserves the right to change the method by which The Music Boxer may provide warranty service to you, and your The Music Boxer product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service.

Service will be limited to the options available in the country where the service is requested. Service options, parts availability, and response times may vary according to country. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the The Music Boxer product cannot be serviced in the country it is in.

If you seek service in a country that is not the original country of purchase, you will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all customs duties, v.a.t., and other associated taxes and charges. Where international service is available, The Music Boxer may repair or replace The Music Boxer products and parts with comparable The Music Boxer products and parts that comply with local standards.

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS) ARE DISCLAIMED.  IF THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW WARRANTIES TO BE DISCLAIMED IN THEIR ENTIRETY, THEN, AS MAY BE PERMITTED BY LAW, THEY SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, The Music Boxer SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF The Music Boxer HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
